Protein Blueberry Muffins

Product Used: noosa honey yoghurt

Time: 40min, Serves: 5-10

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cup coconut flour.
  • 1 ¼ cup quick rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup noosa honey yoghurt
  • ¼ cup natural maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond or oat milk
  • 2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup frozen blueberries
STEPS:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease pan or use nonstick pan for muffins!
  3. Combine flour, quick rolled oats, baking powder, and pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients: eggs, noosa honey yoghurt, maple syrup, nut milk, and vanilla extract until blended.
  5. Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  6. Fold frozen blueberries into batter.
  7. Pour mixture into muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20-24 minutes or until muffins are golden on top and toothpick comes out clean from center.
  9. Let muffins cool before serving!

Yoghurt Banana Bread

Product Used: noosa vanilla bean yoghurt

Time: 55min, Serves: 3-5

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ½ packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 room temperature eggs
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/3 cup noosa vanilla bean yoghurt
  • 3 ½ large overripe bananas for mashing
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Drizzle: Honey
STEPS:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Use nonstick loaf pan or prep 9x5-inch pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In large bowl, whisk dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
  4. With mixer, beat brown sugar and butter until smooth. Once smooth beat in eggs until completely combined and creamy. Next, beat in noosa vanilla bean yoghurt, mashed banana, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Slowly beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients until completely mixed with no visible flour pockets.
  6. Spread batter into baking pan and bake for 1 hour, or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean from center.
  7. Once pulled from the over, allow bread to cool completely before removing from pan or slicing.

Product Used: noosa mixed berry yoghurt

Time: 20min, Serves: 5-8

Ingredients:
  • Birch Benders Frozen Waffles
  • One container of noosa greek mixed berry 5/3 oz.
  • Fruit of choice: Strawberries, Blueberries, Pomegranate seeds, Bananas, etc.
STEPS:
  1. Add Birch Benders waffles to the toaster, until browned to your liking.
  2. Stack onto plate and top with mixed berry flavored noosa and choice of fruit.
  3. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 5.3 oz container noosa Vanilla Bean Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
STEPS:
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Sprinkle grated carrot and cinnamon on top to garnish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 5.3 oz container noosa Vanilla Bean Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
STEPS:
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray mini muffin tin tray with nonstick spray or lightly oil. Spoon batter into mini muffin tins, filling to the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cool and sprinkle with grated carrot and cinnamon on top to garnish.

Ingredients:
  • 2 5.3 oz containers noosa Peach Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen peach slices
STEPS:
  1. Add all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Add additional milk for thinner consistency.

Mixed Berry Yoghurt Bark

Product Used: noosa mixed berry greek yoghurt

Ingredients:
  • 3 5.3 oz containers noosa Mixed Berry Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
STEPS:
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet or rectangular pan with wax paper. Spread yogurt on top of waxed paper to the edges of pan. Sprinkle with berries and top with crushed pistachios.Place prepared sheet or pan in freezer for at least 2 hours.
  2. When frozen, remove sheet or pan from freezer. Peel off wax paper. Cut bark into individual pieces and serve. Freeze remainder for future use.
