An open letter from the founder of Noosa Yoghurt:
Dear friend of Noosa,
When we launched our Aussie-style Noosa Yoghurt, it was with the intent of creating the most delicious, wholesome, freshest, knock-your-socks-off yoghurt you could get your hands on.
Today, our intention remains the same and over the past couple of months, we’ve been busy creating a new recipe to make the most luscious, best-tasting yoghurt around even better!
We’re delighted to share that our new recipe is lower in fat and sugar, as well as higher in protein than the original. Additionally, we’ve added a kosher gelatin to the recipe to deliver a more consistent taste and texture experience with each and every spoonful of Noosa. On that note, our products are now officially kosher certified by the Orthodox Union (OU).
While we were at it, we also changed our label to reflect that a serving of our yoghurt is now one (1), 8 oz. serving versus two (2), 4 oz. servings as stated on our previous package. Because honestly, who can stop at just half a container?! This puts our label in alignment with dairy industry standards, making it easier to understand.
